We designed Pergola, a modular furniture system for Standard, an Estonian furniture manufacturer founded in 1944. Created for the evolving needs of contemporary workspaces, Pergola is built around a refined extruded aluminium frame and interchangeable components, bringing flexibility and a coherent visual language to different office environments.
The system currently consists of three elements: M1 Conference, a movable meeting screen with integrated storage; M2 Whiteboard, a mobile writing surface for collaborative work; and M3 Shelving, a modular storage system that can be expanded into larger configurations.
Lightweight in appearance yet structurally robust, Pergola is designed to move, combine and adapt as spaces and ways of working change. From meeting rooms and collaborative areas to open offices and storage, the system provides a versatile foundation for creating functional and coherent work environments.
